1. General
1.1. This giveaway (the "Activity") is managed by Kolbo (the "Company").
1.2. The Activity will take place on the Company's official Instagram page.
1.3. Participation in the Activity constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
1.4. These terms apply to all genders.

2. Activity Period
2.1. The Activity begins upon publication of the post and ends on 18.5 at 23:59 (the "Activity Period").
2.2. The Company may extend, shorten, change or cancel the Activity Period for any reason at its sole discretion.

3. Participation Conditions
3.1. Participation is open to participants over the age of 18 only.
3.2. Participation is intended for Israelis living in Greece and/or visiting Greece during the Activity Period.
3.3. Participation requires completing all of the following:
3.3.1. Following the Company's Instagram page.
3.3.2. Commenting on the giveaway post with an Israeli product the participant cannot live without and why.
3.3.3. Tagging another Instagram user.
3.4. It is possible to participate multiple times with different comments.
3.5. The Company may disqualify a participant who did not comply with the terms and/or posted inappropriate, offensive, misleading or illegal content.

4. Prizes
4.1. Three winners will be selected, each receiving a package of Israeli products worth up to €100.
4.2. Each winner will receive a €100 gift card redeemable for products, according to redemption terms provided by the Company. Product selection is made by the winner only and subject to available stock.
4.3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and/or replaced, except at the Company's discretion.
4.4. The Company may change the prizes and/or replace them with prizes of equal value.

5. Winner Selection
5.1. Winners will be selected by the Company only, at its sole discretion.
5.2. Winners will be announced on 20.5 on the Company's Instagram page and/or via private message.
5.3. A winner who does not contact the Company within 5 days of the announcement will forfeit the prize, and the Company may select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Redemption
6.1. Prize redemption will be carried out according to instructions provided to the winners.
6.2. The Company will arrange delivery of the prize to an address in Greece provided by the winner.
6.3. The Company will not be responsible for delays, malfunctions or issues arising from shipping services and/or factors beyond its control.

7. Liability
7.1. The Company will not be responsible for any technical malfunction, disruption, delay or failure arising from internet activity, social networks or third parties.
7.2. Participation in the Activity is at the participant's sole responsibility.
7.3. The Company may disqualify participation in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or violation of these terms.

8. Privacy and Use of Content
8.1. The participant confirms that the Company may use content published by them as part of the Activity for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes, without compensation.
8.2. The Company may publish the names and/or details of the winners as provided.

9. Miscellaneous
9.1. This Activity is not associated with, sponsored or supported by Instagram.
9.2. The Company may change these terms at any time, at its sole discretion.
9.3. The Company may change the Activity dates and terms, and is solely responsible for selecting the winners.
9.4. In case of any contradiction or inconsistency, the provisions of these terms shall prevail.

9.6. These terms are governed by Israeli law only.
