Returns & Order Cancellations
Our goal at Kolbo is for you to be happy with your purchase.
However, due to the nature of the products sold on the Site, a clear returns and cancellations policy applies, as detailed below.
Non-Returnable Products

2. Refrigerated or frozen products
3. Products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging has been damaged
Defective or Missing Product

Canceling or Changing an Order

Refunds

2. The timing of receiving the refund depends on the credit card company and is not under the Site's control.
Failure to Receive a Delivery
1. If the customer was unavailable when the courier arrived and the shipment was returned, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
2. Scheduling a new delivery will be arranged with customer service and may involve an additional charge.
