Here is all the important information about deliveries from Kolbo.

Delivery Areas

1. Athens and Attica - delivery within one business day, at a cost of €5 per delivery
2. Mainland Greece (excluding islands) - delivery within up to 2 business days, at a cost of €20 per delivery
3. Greek islands - delivery within up to 3 business days, at a cost of €25 per delivery

Processing and Dispatch Times

1. Orders received by 21:00 will be dispatched the following day
2. Orders received after 21:00 will be dispatched the next business day
3. No deliveries on Saturday and Sunday. Orders received on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery Cost

• Free delivery on orders over €200

• Fixed delivery cost within Athens: €5
• Delivery cost outside Athens depends on location and package weight (calculated at checkout)

Updates and Courier Communication

1. The customer will receive an email when the courier has collected the package.

2. The customer will receive an SMS about 30 minutes before the courier arrives.

3. When the courier arrives at the address, additional contact will be made via WhatsApp.

Absence at Time of Delivery

1. If the customer is unavailable when the courier arrives, the shipment will be returned.

2. Scheduling a new delivery will be arranged with customer service and may involve an additional charge.

3. If a shipment is returned due to absence, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

General Notes

1. Delivery times are estimates and may change in exceptional cases beyond the Site's control.

2. Site management reserves the right to update this policy from time to time.
