Returns and Order Cancellations

1. Due to the nature of the products, food products, refrigerated or frozen products, and products that have been opened or used - cannot be returned.

3. An order can be canceled or changed as long as it has not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. A refund, if approved, will be issued via the payment method used for the order.

5. The timing of receiving the refund depends on the credit card company and is not under the Site's control.
